These terms govern your use of the Nexus Consulting Agency website and our Zendesk app (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to them.
We grant you a limited right to install and use the App with your Zendesk account, for your own customer support operations.
You keep your rights in the data you make available to the App. You give us permission to process that data so we can provide the App.
Do not use the App to break the law, interfere with Zendesk or our systems, or access an account you are not allowed to use.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it available, and we do not promise uninterrupted service.
The App is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated terms.
